HRMS Login | HRMS Log Off | HRMS

Logging in to the Human Resources Management System (HRMS) system is just like opening a secured page on a web site. You enter the URL (Uniform Resource Locator) in your browser window’s address box to access the HRMS Sign In page. You then type in your User ID and password to access the secured application.

To Login to your HRMS application:
  1. Open your browser window.
  2. Go to the login page for the appropriate application, such as HRMS.
  3. The Sign-In page appears as illustrated below.
  4. Enter your User ID and Password. Both are case sensitive. Passwords always appear as ‘bullets’ in the display as you type them.
  5. Click the "Sign In" button to login. HRMS will validate your user ID and password. If either the user ID or password is invalid, the system will display an error message. Reenter the User ID and Password. If continued problems, contact your security administrator for assistance.

Did you notice the link "self service Password change" on the login page in the screenshot above?
Systems offers users of the HRMS, the ability to reset their own passwords without calling for assistance. This is accomplished by each user creating unique ‘question and answer pairs’ to verify identity instead of providing System Provider with sensitive personal information. Setting up your question and answer pairs.

When you are working in HRMS and wish to exit, there are a number of ways to log off:

  1. From the Web menu bar select File / Close.
  2. From whatever page you are working in, click on the in the upper right hand corner of the web page.
  3. Click on the "Sign Out" button located in the Navigation Header in HRMS. This only signs you out of the database itself and returns you to the original sign-on page. From here you may either log out as stated in # 1 or 2 (above), or you may now use the browser to navigate to another website.
