On the expected lines, Rakhi garlanded Toranto-based NRI businessman, Elesh Parujanwala. They got engaged at a glittering function Hotel Leela Kampinsky in Mumbai. Rakhi said that they will soon get married, but need some time to understand each other.The Reality TV Show, "Rakhi Ka Swayamvar" witnessed high drama and emotion during the entire 26 episodes, but was a popular programmed with the viewers. Originally, 16 contestants were shortlisted for the show. But only three people could make the grand finale.
Elesh Parujanwala beat two other finalists New Delhi-based Manas Katyal and Chhitiz Jain to win Rakhi's hand. Actors Ravi Kishen and Ram Kapoor hosted the TV show. Choreographer Saroj Khan and other celebrities attended Rakhi's Swayamvar.
