´3 Idiots´ : Media Screening Of The First Song | 3 Idiots Songs Track List
As per India's leadind trade magazine, Film Information, for the special media screening of an exuberant campus song titled 'All Is Well', the three idiots of '3 Idiots' came dressed the way they do in the film. Aamir Khan looked youthful in jeans and tee, R. Madhavan wore slightly bulky double layers (tee with a shirt over it) and Sharman Joshi came in a casual kurta.
Producer Vidhu Vinod Chopra and director Rajkumar Hirani (who is currently busy with the mixing of the film) stayed away from the media screening, leaving the stage open for the three actors to handle the event. Of course, the three actors had to share the stage with the three colourful bum-shaped chairs that have come to be closely identified with '3 Idiots'.The stars reached an hour-and-a-half late but Aamir Khan’s arrival put an instant end to all the grumbling as he sat with the media and watched 'All Is Well' which has been picturised on the three main actors viz. Aamir, Madhavan and Sharman. The hostel ambience with all the youthful energy of a typical campus is captured in the song and is sure to become a rage with listeners and viewers.
In a hostel room sequence before the song, Aamir Khan is shown asking Sharman (who is serious about the 42 exams they have to face) to take it easy by keeping a hand on his heart and repeating, 'All Is Well'. Aamir then narrates how a watchman in his village used to shout ‘All Is Well' the best’ at night and on hearing him, they’d all sleep peacefully.
When a media person asked Aamir if he also believed in the 'All Is Well' philosophy, the actor chuckled that just before reaching the media screening, he’d been stuck in a bad traffic jam. “I was tense because you guys were waiting and, on top of that, I was dying to do su-su,” he narrated, as the media burst into laughter. All Aamir could do in that tight situation was to sit back and repeat ‘All Is Well’ to himself!

Tu Tu Mai Mai Between Anushka And Asin
Anushka Sharma, the cute-n-chubby girl of Bollywood seems to be brimmed with joviality. The girl is just 10-month baby in B-town and yet she has acquired the exact traits of leading actresses over there. After making her debut with Aditya Chopra’s ‘Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi’, the actress hasn’t still made her second film and yet addresses Asin as a ‘baby’.Recently, one of the journalists happened to questioned ‘How does she feel to be the baby of Bollywood?’ Instantaneously, the actress dropped a bold reply that Asin is the baby as her ‘Ghajini’ was released after ‘Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi’.
When again asked Asin has already done dozen of flicks down the south, Anushka never gave up as she said, “So, what? She’s still new to Bollywood”

Will Bollywood accept me with my six tattoos and short hair: Ekta Chaudhary
She also sees an element of "racism" in no Asian girl making it to the final 15 of the Miss Universe pageant in the Bahamas last month.
"I am not like other models who have long hair. I have six tattoos and I am not planning to grow my hair in the near future. This makes me very different from my contemporaries and even if I wish to work in Bollywood some day, I'm wondering whether there would be a role to suit my unconventional looks, " Ekta told in an interview.
"If yes, then I don't mind working in a film, especially if it is opposite Abhay Deol. I just love him. He is simply superb and a very good actor as well, " she said.
Ekta participated in the Miss Universe contest in the Bahamas last month but failed to get into the last 15.
While she was sad at not making it to the top, Ekta said that representing India at the international level was an honour in itself.
"Well, I felt sad but not really disappointed. I was there to represent India and it was an honour for me to do so. What was disheartening was that none of the Asian girls made it to the final 15. It was a shock for all of us, " the 22-year-old beauty said.
"There were definitely many beautiful girls around. But aren't Asian girls beautiful? There should have been at least one Asian girl in the final list. It is ridiculous! If such things happen in an international pageant then we have every right to call them racist, " she added.
"We didn't get the opportunity to walk the ramp in front of millions of people...be it the audience or the people back home glued to their television screens. The decision was made and people didn't even get to see us. It was not at all fair because at least one should have got the opportunity to watch us on the ramp, " the Miss India rued.
The leggy lass now plans a return to the ramp as she calls it her "first love".
"I love walking on the ramp. I just love it. You can also call it my first love. Very soon you will see me on the ramp. Also I would like to do some commercials but the most important thing for me right now is to start looking out for international projects. Let's see what happens, " Ekta said.
The Miss India has earlier walked the ramp for Ritu Kumar, Zubair Kirmani and designer duo Rahul-Gunjan amongst others.

Leonardo DiCaprio’s ‘Shutter Island’ release postponed To 2010
The release of Hollywood star Leonardo DiCaprio’s new film has been postponed to next year following credit crisis.
The ‘Titanic’ star plays an escaped prisoner in ‘Shutter Island’, directed by Martin Scorsese.
The film was to hit theatres in October 09 however, Paramount Pictures have now pushed it forward to February next year (10).
“Our 2009 slate was green-lit in a very different economic climate and as a result we must remain flexible and willing to recalibrate and adapt to a changing environment,” Contactmusic quoted Paramount Pictures chairman and CEO Brad Grey as saying.
“Leonardo DiCaprio is among the most talented actors working today, and Martin Scorsese is not just one of the world’s most significant filmmakers, but also a personal friend.
“Following a highly successful 2009, we have every confidence that Shutter Island is a great anchor to lead off our 2010 slate and the shift in date is the best decision for the film (and) the studio,” he added.

The statue of lord Ganesha loomed in at the home of Salman, later this evening. Salman has always rejoiced with this festival and has not missed any. Will Sallu's Wanted be a Ghajini-like hit?
Nine months after Aamir Khan's 'Ghajini' tore down the box office with its monstrous opening week, another remake of a major South Indian flick arrives this September.
Salman Khan's 'Wanted', a remake of the Telugu blockbuster film 'Pokkiri' will try and follow the footsteps of 'Ghajini', which was also a remake of a Tollywood film of the same name. But while Ghajini was lifted from the phenomenon that was Memento, Pokkiri was pure original unadulterated masala that drove audiences wild.
The Hindi version, Wanted promises to take the over the top factor a notch higher. Wanted is directed by Prabhu deva and also stars Ayesha Takia, Mahesh Manjrekar and Aseem Merchant. Ayesha will fill in the shoes of actress Illeyana D'Cruz who rocketed to fame after appearing in Pokkiri. Ayesha in fact was approached to play the role in the original Pokkiri but had declined the offer. Mahesh Manjrekar will play the role of an underworld don (played by Prakash Raj in he original film).
Strangely, Pokkiri was also remade in Tamil under the same name by Prabhu deva himself, and had Ghajini's Asin as the lead heroine. It is not yet known how much the script has been changed to cater to the Bollywood loving junta. However, most of the stunts that we saw in the trailer of Wanted appear to be the exactly the same as the ones in the original Mahesh Babu version of Pokkiri. Salman Khan stated that he really had to bend his back over this film, and that shooting was not very easy. Unlike his recent string of casual flicks, Wanted will have hundreds of mind blowing stunts. "I have done lot of love stories, lot of comedies, many of them were not appreciated enough. In this film, I had the zest to work hard. I have done that. So, let`s see if it works and if it doesn't," he said.
Salman confessed that it was difficult to get into the Rajnikanth groove, packing equal, but epic proportions of action, comedy, songs and drama into a single film. "Our films are usually a combination of all things in small proportions. Little bit dance, little bit romance and little bit comedy. But this film has everything in huge proportions, so had to train hard," said Khan.
Sallu has also lent his vocal chords for a special promotional song in Wanted. Sajid-Wajid who composed the score for the film said that “Salman sung the song so well "that he managed to catch a very high pitch, something that’s not normal for first-time singers." The song begins with now-famous dialogue, "Ek baar jo maine commitment kar di....." and packs in a lot more such one-liners. However, Salman’s contribution to the songs is not restricted to just dialogues. “Other than the dialogues, Salman bhai is heard singing ‘Teri yaad satati hai’ as a part of it. He has got the feeling of pain spot on. The genre of the song dictated that he sing in a laidback tone and he has done that perfectly fine,” said Wajid.

Bipasha Basu - A Journey Burkha To Bikini In A Second
Every actor at some point in their career feels the need to have the best of both worlds. (Besides, it’s easier to get a ticket to the awards this way).Madhuri, Tabu, Kareena and Ash have all done their ‘artsy’ bit for the screen. Bipasha Basu is the newest in the A-zone. Her forthcoming movie, Pankh, is apparently quite a bold movie, and Bips is not a real character here, she’s only another character’s ‘imagination’. And sources who’ve watched this movie reveal that Pankh has more abusive words than Shekhar Kapur’s controversial Bandit Queen.
Every second dialogue is interspersed with a beep-beep. Let’s hope our censors let this one be. We’re sure, Bips is part of their (the males, uh huh) fantasy too. C’mon, for art’s sake, at least!

What's your Rashee based on a Kimball Ravenswood
When all the film makers these days are coming up with short and specific films Ashutosh Gowarikar on the other hand seems very content about his long and elaborate films. What's Your Rashee? His latest flick is once again a three hour-long tale, wherein the film will have 13 songs. In the current scenario where even the multiplexes favor films with two-hours of running time, Ashutosh doesn't seem to be bothered at all. According to him the length of the film has nothing to do with its success and if that is the reason then films like Lagaan and Jodha Akbar wouldn't have done well at all.
The film is based on a well-known novel Kimball Ravenswood, by Madhu Rye. The story is about a groom and his rendezvous with 12 prospective brides. According to Ashutosh it was not an easy job to picturise all the characters and tracks from the original novel. With the permission of the author the entire novel was modified to make a film out of it. Well with three and a half hours of reel, it looks like Harman has to struggle really hard to find out all about the 12 avatars of his ex-flame Piggy Chops.

Bipasha Basu - A Journey Bikini To Burkha | Bipasha in Karisma's shoes
From a long time Karisma Kapoor aka Lolo was awaiting for a good script to come her way and make a smashing comeback like her other counterparts. Luckily she got one in Producer Bunty Walia's forthcoming project Lamha. Karisma was also equally excited about this new project until the director of the film Lamha Rahul Dholakia told her that he wanted to shoot the film in Kashmir. Given the unrest in the valley, Karisma expressed her inability to shoot in Kashmir and opted out of the project.
But there is no stopping to the project, as it is learnt that the makers have approached Bipasha Basu to play the role which Karisma was to play earlier. (Now-a-days, the hot "Billo Rani" of Bollywood Bipasha Basu is planting a lot of different decisions and wearing a different kind of cloths as well in her forthcoming movies.)
And Bipasha has also given her nod for the same. When Bipasha heard about the script she readily agreed to be part of it and also to shoot in Kashmir valley.
This time Bips is in limelights for not wearing a bikini but a "Burka" for her upcoming movie "Lamha". The shooting of this flick has been undergone in beautiful valleys of Kashmir.
Eventually, Bipasha left the shooting of this flick, scaring his hunk beau John Abraham. For continuing the shoots the directed has to change the locations of the sets, but now this movie of Bips is going to hit the walls of the theatres soon.
Bipasha is going to the floors of the theatre in a very different character for her fans.
This movie has been directed by Rahul Dholakia. The theme of the flick is totally based on the critical conditions of Kashmir. Macho man Sanjay Dutt is in the lead role opposite Bipasha Basu.

Sexual harassment With Smilie (Kalyug Fame - Jiya Dhadak Dhadak Jaye) at work place
No....No....No....No....No....No....its not a publicity stunt..............
Kalyug girl is back in B-town with N Chandra's much-touted social thriller film YMI. This one-film-old actress is very excited about her role in the film.
"YMI is a hard hitting realistic film, which is also shot at real location. Anybody can relate to the characters shown in the film. It deals with many different issues prevalent in the society, but is an out and out entertainer," she sells her film.
"My character is of a very strong Maharashtrian girl, who works in a call center. It's a totally different character than that of Renuka of Kalyung. Renuka commits suicide after facing sexual harassment, but in this film when Asha goes through the same she decides to fight back," she briefs about her role.
She is coming back after a gap of three years. "I was getting offers to play the same sweet and simple Kashmiri girl of Kalyug. As I did not want to get typecast, I preferred to wait," said the actress.
Only the kin of Bhatt camp can choose to be choosy, otherwise it's too early for you to be nitpicking babe!

Nasser Khan Make History | Nasser Khan - Become The World’s First Blind Actor | History Made As Blind Becomes Bollywood Lead Star |
"Yes, I know I cannot even see what I have done. But even if a few thousand people see my film and take inspiration that a physical handicap need not tie you down, my target will be achieved.''
What makes Khan, who is also the producer of the film along with Shamshad Alam, so unique is that even the The Guinness Book of World Records informed him that his feat could not be included in the tome, simply because it was a record that could hardly be surpassed. “I will remain the first blind man to play the lead in a feature film, and that record will remain unbroken even if other blind people do the same in the future,” Khan told Deccan Herald in a chat after a special screening of the film for the media on Thursday night. Indeed, cinematic history has been made by Khan, and the film, directed by Rohit Nayyar, will be known for this even though in cinematic terms it is a loud film with the oft-repeated subject of a vigilante bumping off corrupt politicians and builders. Risky stunts Khan, who plays a man with normal eyesight, performed some risky stunts and even danced with over 100 performers, all by instinct and under Nayyar’s guidance. Khan now wants to turn to direction, but not before acting in another film to learn the intricacies of the art. “Of course, I will have to find out someone with whom I will have to have perfect vibes so that he or she can be my ‘eyes’ when I direct a film,” says the nattily-dressed actor-producer. Khan, of course, is no great shakes as an actor — his body language and dialogue delivery are quite rigid — but one cannot but admire the inspirational courage displayed by him in doing so. Background Khan lost his eyesight quite young. He was born with cataract and operated upon several times, resulting in about only 15-20 per cent eyesight in one eye. At the age of eight, a house tutor was arranged for his basic education, and he was taught English, Hindi, Mathematics, Urdu and Arabic. Five years later, he took admission to the fifth standard in a small school by his own efforts and switched over to a more renowned school in Kanpur. By the time he was in his seventh grade, learning became difficult for him as he had to wear different spectacles for reading and other purposes. He used to hold magnifying glass to read. In spite of all this, he stood first in all the three classes he studied. A year later, the retina of his right eye got detached, forcing him to leave his studies as that was the eye he could barely see with. Surgeries failed, and he became completely blind. But he struggled on, training as a typist, and then going on to do a diploma in electronics, learning the ropes of his traditional family business of leather tanning, setting up his own leather tanning business, setting up computer education centres in UP, and becoming the first blind man to pass all four certification of Microsoft — MCSE, MCSD, MCSA, and MCDBA.
