There’s one and only one man in Sophie Choudry’s life who she listens to.

It’s none other than her trainer, Satish. Sophie was recently heard saying, “Even when I don’t want to, I end up listening to him. It’s quite ridiculous. Usually I am very feisty with him, but when it comes to my workouts, I end up giving into his demands of doing an extra set or doing 30 more counts. He knows me so well that I can’t even lie to him about my food habits.” Hmm, looks like the secret behind the sexy actress’ fabulous body is out. The actress goes on to add, “A few days back, I even went to the extent of telling him that if I listen to another man as much as I listen to him, I may actually just end up finding myself a boyfriend.” Quite a bargain Sophie.

Sophie Choudhary gets hotter this season in a very hot and sensual photo shoot for the magazine ‘Maxim’ for the month of August 2009. Not that we have forgotten the very sensuous and controversial photo shoot done by Sophie Choudhary for the magazine, but this one seems to be equally hot.

On screen, Sophie Chowdhary does the sexy act quite effortlessly. And nobody knows it better than her.

Even in her next movie Daddy Cool, in which she plays a struggling model, hers is the only glam act in an otherwise sober picture.Directed by Indu Kumar (Beta, Dil), DC is a comedy riot, and among other things, Sophie makes a bikini appearance.“My character is ambitious, sweet talks to get things done her way and knows what she wants. I think I have handled comedy well,” chortles Sophie.

Is she anything like that in real life?

-----------“No way, I am completely disconnected from the character.I am not like that at all,” she sounds shocked.There is also Sanjay Gupta’s Alibaug, a human drama, where she is Nisha, a psychiatrist. “It’s the comfort level with those I work that matters most. This helps me to contribute well as an actor. Also scripts matter,” she says, citing the example of Sanjay Gupta and Sanjay Dutt with whom she shares a great camaraderie.

More than her movies, it’s the singer and VJ who’s struck a chord with the viewers. Except for her Pyaar Ka Side Effects and Masti temptress act, her Bollywood outing has been unremarkable.It’s strange as to how she always gets roped into essaying glamourbased stereotypes. “Unfortunately there is this preconceived notion in the industry that if you are glamorous, you can’t be emotional.That’s really stupid. But in my case I guess I was already coming with a glamour image. But I would like to eventually break this persona and even do parallel cinema,” she states.

Sophie recently made her theatre debut with 1-888-dial-India in which she plays six characters, ranging from a 13-year-old nun to a financial consultant. “I love being on stage, it’s a brilliant experience,” she enthuses, adding that she is currently working on her new album.

For someone who has had a successful stint as a VJ, she admits that the idea no longer excites her.“My priorities have changed. Especially after this tacky reality show business,” she says.“Earlier, VJs had faces, now they are just nameless aspirants straight out of a reality show. Sophie Chaudhary denies relationship with Peter Andre

Singer-actress Sophie Chaudhary struck an instant camaraderie with Australian singer Peter Andre at the International Indian Film Academy (IIFA) awards, but denies any romantic involvement with him.

"Peter was sweet and a thorough gentleman. We spoke about music, London, Bollywood and his new album. I am a singer and in future we may collaborate but I don't want people to put two and two together and come to wrong conclusions. However much contemporary I appear on screen but I am an Indian girl at heart. I will never date a married man, " Sophie said.

While Sophie hosted the IIFA fashion extravaganza in Macau earlier this month, Andre had especially flown to the Chinese town to perform at the event.

On the very first day of the IIFA weekend, Sophie initiated conversation with Andre and the two hit it off thereafter. They even walked together on the green carpet of the IIFA awards ceremony.

Sharing what her conversation with Andre was all about, Sophie said: "Peter was talking about his kids all the time. He said how much he loved them. he fondly recalled about Katie (Katie Price - Andre's estranged wife) too."

Even Andre refuted any rumours of a relationship with Sophie, who has featured in films like "Pyaar Ke Side Effects" and "Aggar".

"I know looking at my pictures with Sophie Chaudhary at the red (green) carpet at the recent award function, people jumped to the conclusion that I was dating her. But it is not true. I was honoured to be in her company. But I hardly know her at all, " Andre was quoted as saying in a press release.
